Roberta V. Ruggiero

Roberta Vincenza Ruggiero was born in Milan 01/02/1991. She moves to Naples in 2002, she attends the Artistic High School of Naples, graduated in 2010. In 2014 she graduated  with the maximum of grades at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, with specialism in Fashion Design. In  the same year she started  a masters  in Fashion Design. 

In 2011 she has worked for a short period as assistant of the Dr. Sergio Garzia, initiator of the neapolitan artistic association Aestetikà. 

In 2013 she has worked at the Academy of Fine Arts at the Orientation' office, offering technical assistance at Direction' office and during the events to Orientarti 2013, OrientaSud 2013 and the national conference "Disclosed Patrimonies for the Arts in the future."    In 2015 she goes to Paris for attend one semester at the french University PARIS8-VINCENNES, during a project Erasmus.

Currently she has started a collaboration freelance as graphic designer for a Milan s.p.a., she paints pictures and portraits on commission, recently also sartorial products.

The first artistic exposures happen in scholastic environment, to already depart from the middle schools;                                                 

In 2003 she participates and she wins the first prize in the section "Sketch and Photo" of the contest scholastic Blue Prize, announced by the Blue Jewelry, to Naples, that has used the work in competition for the creation of a packaging in limited edition for the spring 2003 -2004.

To the high school she regularly participates in the semestral exposures taken care of by the teacher in visual languages Assunta Colucci.

In 2010 she participates in the V edition of the project LAND Art in the regional forest of Cuma (NA) as member of the artistic group GREEN GROUP, in an event that includes musical shows, theatrical and naturalistic runs.In 2011 she collaborates to one parade-performance of the association cultural Prism LAB, the White Defilé Extempore, realizing the official poster for the event, an exposure of sketches in mixed technique and unthreading together to other models.In 2012 she exposes some sketches in mixed technique to the official event of May DAY I Remove, the Carnival Party to the Underground Club in Naples.In the same year:

She participates in the contest "Rock ladies collection" announced by the jaws Tramontano, arriving among the six finalists and participating in the consequent show of the projects in competition held her to the Gallery of the Garden of the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples. 

She realizes in collaboration with the artist Ilaria Orsini, the first work of the cycle matericaMENTE, participating in the show Total Black at the Gallery of the Garden of the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples. Subsequently, the collaboration continued with the production of a second work, on the occasion of the monthly series of events "Gioved'Art", held her to the Kingston Club of Caserta.

In 2014 the works of the cycle MatericaMENTE has been exposed to the public on the occasion of the event WINDOW of Art held him to Palazzo Venezia in Naples.In 2015 she participates in the class espositive of the teachers Gulon and Feria inside the athenaeum PARIS8 - VINCENNES.

In 2016 her sartorial creations are published in a fashion editorial on the number 20 of the fashion magazine free press Pinklife! with base in Naples.

Her project of fashion shooting realized in collaboration with Ivan L'Astorina photographer and students of Fashion Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, for the new sportwear brand ACIDA, is regularly exposed in every official cover of the brand in Instagram, Facebook and on the officiale website.
